Box oh box!

My officemate ordered a Cheese Tart for her to bring back to her hometown. So last night, I happily baked it and when it's cold and ready to be kept into the fridge, how horrifying it was to realize the board for the tart could not fit the box! The day before I was so excited with the order I bought the board complete with the doyley BUT I did not buy new boxes as I thought the boxes I bought before was the right size. :(

It was already 1am, I could not think of any solution and I don't think there is any baking store opened at that hour. Now I understand why people say sleep over your problem because this morning when I woke up, the first thing I thought was to put the tart into a serving dish and cover it with cling wrap. How happy I was to find it fits perfectly!

Never thought of that last night. At least I could safely bring it to the office. I just have to go and find a new box at the nearest baking store during lunch hour. Wish me luck!

I found it! Yeayy! Hope it would fit just fine.
